I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the time you
spend trying to help me hear again. My hearing was so bad I could
hardly carry on a conversation. Now I’m able to hear and have
conversation with my family and friends. I had just about gave up on
every hearing. My doctor really didn’t give me much hope. Nobody
ever spent the time or cared like you. I would sure advise and
encourage all my family and friends to come and see you. I’m so glad
I came.

Thanks so much for all the tests and trying different ways to help our

My first experience with hearing aids was a bad one. Beltone was my
second time. It started with a hearing test that I was really impressed
with and the professional manner of the way that I was treated, from the
time I entered the office. I was told what would happen and then shown
the results and explained what it meant. Then I was told that a digital
hearing aid would help me to hearing words more clearly. I said I would
try them, impressions were made.
When I went back for a fitting and to pick them up, I was given
instructions on care, cleaning, adjustments, how to insert them and
removal. I put them in and adjusted the sound to be the same in both
ears, with a click of a pen. I could look away and hear people behind me
talk. I could hear clear voices not loud voices. I am so happy that I

I really like the way these hearing aids just seem to disappear from
view. People don’t know I’m wearing them unless I point it out. The
testing was done very professionally, and I believe I got a very good
evaluation and fit. Just wish the batteries lasted longer but I
understand there are ongoing experiments to take care of this. I feel I
