Thanks so much for all the tests and trying different ways to help our mother’s hearing. Her hearing loss was so bad we could hardly make her understand. On the way home from your office I was able to talk to her and she actually understood. This is the first time for a long time she could hear this well. My first experience with hearing aids was a bad one. Beltone was my second time. It started with a hearing test that I was really impressed with and the professional manner of the way that I was treated, from the time I entered the office. I was told what would happen and then shown the results and explained what it meant. Then I was told that a digital hearing aid would help me to hearing words more clearly. I said I would try them, impressions were made.

When I went back for a fitting and to pick them up, I was given instructions on care, cleaning, adjustments, how to insert them and removal. I put them in and adjusted the sound to be the same in both ears, with a click of a pen. I could look away and hear people behind me talk. I could hear clear voices not loud voices. I really like the way these hearing aids just seem to disappear from view. People don’t know I’m wearing them unless I point it out. The testing was done very professionally, and I believe I got a very good evaluation and fit. Just wish the batteries lasted longer but I understand there are ongoing experiments to take care of this. I feel I have two new friends—the front desk lady and you, Bob.
