Your Belcare benefits offer you the very best in hearing care. It is an exclusive commitment available with your participating Beltone practitioner at Jones Beltone Hearing Centers. For as long as you own your Beltone hearing instruments, you are eligible to receive lifetime follow-up care. Our dedication to your satisfaction offers you the following benefits:
- Complimentary hearing aid checkup, free hearing screening, and free hearing aid cleaning and inspection whenever necessary.
- Replacement of tubes, domes, vents, volume control caps, battery doors, and ear hooks at no cost to you.
- Refund Policy* - A 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery with the instruments in their original condition minus any applicable nonrefundable preparation fee.
- Warranty and Lost, Stolen and Damage Coverage* - All Beltone instruments are covered by a limited Manufacturer's Warranty for one year, plus you receive, free of charge, one year of Lost, Stolen and Damage Protection.
- Two-Year Hearing Loss Change Protection* - If within two years of purchasing your Beltone hearing instruments, tests reveal that you have suffered a permanent measurable sensorineural hearing loss, Beltone will provide you with an upgraded or new, more powerful hearing instrument at no charge.
- Highest standards of ethical care service - Our participating Belcare practitioners have signed a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct document committing them to the promotion and preservation of your hearing health.
